About Us

Our priority is getting you up riding the waves, having fun as quickly and safely as possible. That's why we maximise our water time to two 2 hour sessions each day and keep our student/instructor ratio at or below B.S.A. recommended levels. Also our instructors are in the water while you surf, giving advice and providing constant safety cover. The instructors will check out the conditions before you arrive to assess the best beach to surf, as we are mobile we are not restricted to one beach. When you arrive at 9.30am, you'll be kitted out with a top quality Rip Curl wetsuit before jumping in the minibus for the short trip to the chosen beach. We have a short beach lesson then surf two sessions of about 2 hrs each with a well earned lunch break in between. We're usually back at Dolphin H.Q. for about 4.30 to 5.00pm
                    
Courses To Suit All                 
    
All of our courses are run with constant in water safety cover and instruction. Wetsuites and surfboards are provided inclucive in the price.

HALF DAY - £30.00

Includes beach safety and one session in the surf.

FULL DAY - £40.00

All you need to get you started, includes two 2hr sessions.

TWO DAY - £70.00

It all starts to click into place with your instructors water guidence.

THREE DAY - £90.00

Our three day course gives you six sessions in the water to maximise your surfing, a great starter course.

FULL WEEK - £140.00

The week course gives you six full days surfing with one rest day. You can suprise yourself with how quickly you progress to riding waves on some of the best surfing beaches in cornwall.

Directions to our surf school

From M5 join the A30 to Exeter and continue towards Bodmin (approx 1 – 1 ½ hours). 

Take the A392 to Quintrell Downs Roundabout.  Turn right onto A3058 to Newquay seafront (approx 2 miles).  After double mini roundabout, keep straight ahead.  Look out for Fosters Pub on your left.  Go straight across the mini roundabout.  Turn left immediately after pedestrian crossing at Hotel Bristol. 

Take the second road on the right which is Eliot Gardens.  Trewinda Lodge is situated on the right.
